RATES
All rates include complimentary chocolates on arrival. Complimentary afternoon tea is also included if arrival is prior to 5pm.
The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The rate is dependant on the number of guests staying. Please view the tariff notes below:

WEEKEND
- Friday / Saturday / Sunday nights
- $180 per night
- Two night minimum stay
- These rates are based on two guests staying. For additional guests, please see below.
MID-WEEK
- Monday - Thursday nights
- $140 per night
- These rates are based on two guests staying. For additional guests, please see below.
TARIFF NOTES
Additional guests
- $50 per adult/ per night
- $30 per child/ per night.
- Babies: Up until 12 months free of charge. Cot and highchair provided. Please advise at the time of booking.
Public Holiday Long Weekends
- $180 per night based on two guests. For additional guests, please see above.
- Minimum two night stay
Easter
- $350 per night for up to 6 guests
- Minimum 3 night stay
Christmas – New Year Period
- $350 per night for up to 6 guests
- Minimum 7 night stay
The rest of the Christmas School Holiday period
- $300 per night for up to 6 guests
- Minimum 4 night stay
DEPOSITS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Bookings can be made direct with the property and confirmed with a 50% deposit.
- Deposits can be made by cheque, money order or direct deposit.
- The balance to be paid on arrival by cash only.
- Deposits are not refundable within 14 days of arrival but if possible we will transfer your booking to another time. In some circumstances, we will return your deposit if another booking is secured for nights in question.
